Human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs)
More than 200
HMOs are a special group of complex carbohydrates found in human breast milk. There are more than 200 different HMO compounds.
Bioactive compounds
HMOs are bioactive substances with multiple functionalities. Scientific research has already found that they selectively feed good bacteria like bifidobacteria and act as decoy receptors for pathogens in the gut.
Benefits beyond infancy
Originally designed by nature for babies, researchers found that human identical HMOs, made through fermentation, offer multiple benefits beyond infancy. People with gut health problems benefit the most.

HMO-Mix 7
A unique blend of 7 distinct HMOs
2'FL/DFL-3'FL
LNT-LNnT
3'SL-6'SL

Why did BIOMH® choose a blend of 7 HMOs?
HMOs are a diverse family of more than 200 oligosaccharide structures found in human milk. They are broadly classified as fucosylated, neutral non-fucosylated and sialylated HMOs.
Their structures are not interchangeable. Each HMO may be used differently by specific bacterial species and strains, and may participate in different biological interactions.
HMO-Mix 7 therefore combines representatives of all three major structural groups:
- 2’FL, 3’FL and DFL: fucosylated HMOs
- LNT and LNnT: neutral HMOs
- 3’SL and 6’SL: sialylated HMOs
Rather than relying on one dominant HMO or a narrower blend of three or five structures, HMO-Mix 7 offers broader structural diversity—without claiming to reproduce the full complexity of human milk.

"The BIOMH HMO-Mix 7 has had a profound impact on my health, gone was the bloating, gone were the frequent fungal toe nails, gone was the hair loss. I still cannot believe it."![]()
The InnerBuddies
Gut Microbiome Test
We teamed up with InnerBudies, a spin-off of the Maastricht University in the Netherlands, to offer you one of the most science-backed microbiome tests in the market.
Our advanced test measures a broad spectrum of clinically relevant gut bacteria using high-resolution sequencing technology. We identify key bacterial groups linked to digestion, metabolism, immune regulation, inflammation, and long-term gut health. This includes beneficial fiber-fermenting bacteria, short-chain fatty acid producers, mucosal support bacteria, and species associated with gut imbalance.
