Thank you for visiting and shopping at BIOMH. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping & Return Policy.


Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing and shipping times may be extended by a few additional business days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you by email.

Shipping rates:

  • Free shipping on orders above €75
  • €6 shipping fee (VAT excl) for Home Delivery on orders below €75
  • €4 shipping fee (VAT excl) for Pickup Delivery on orders below €75

  • €8 shipping fee (VAT excl) for Pickup Delivery on orders below €150

Available delivery method:

  • Standard Home Delivery

Shipping rate:

  • Flat shipping fee of €24.95 (VAT excl)

Albania, Algeria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Cyprus, Egypt, Greece, Israel, Jordan, Kosovo, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Morocco, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine, United States.

Shipping costs and available delivery options are displayed during checkout and may vary depending on destination and shipping method.


Estimated delivery times

  • Benelux: 1–3 business days
  • Europe: 2–7 business days
  • International: 4–12 business days

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking numbers usually become active within 24 hours.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible at: biomhinfo@gmail.com


Please include:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos of the package and damaged items,
  • and a brief description of the issue.

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Returns & Refunds

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations, opened products cannot be returned.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

To be eligible for a return:

  • products must be unopened,
  • unused,
  • and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Once the returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within several business days, depending on your payment provider.


International Orders, Customs & Duties

International shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.


These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

If customs charges are refused and the shipment is returned to us, any return shipping costs or customs fees incurred may be deducted from the refund.
